Seven calm exercises.
A single screen. A single instruction. Open the app, follow the cue, close the app.
New Code Games is a calm, factual collection of seven short exercises drawn from John Grinder's New Code NLP. No gamification, no streaks, no scores, no narration. No account, no tracking, no data collection. Everything works offline.
Available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac.
The seven exercises
- Alphabet Letters appear with a left, right, or both-arm cue. Say the letter and raise the cued arm. Trains attention and lateral integration.
- Rainbow A colour word appears in a different ink. Name the colour, not the word. The classic Stroop interference drill.
- Square Breathing A calm visual cycle through four-in, four-hold, four-out, four-hold. No voiceover, no music.
- NASA A starting number and a step. Count backwards under load. Light cognitive challenge for refocusing.
- Triple Description A single prompt cycles through self / other / observer perspective on a memory, decision, or feeling.
- Walk of Power A deliberate eight-step walk along an imagined line, paced by the screen.
- Croydon Ball A partner toss-and-catch routine that builds a calm, regular rhythm together.
Coming soon to the App Store. Universal Purchase across iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac — one bundle for all four.
